I need a (1 page )holding page for my website

I am currently designing my own portfolio website (to be build with wordpress latet this year), and need a simple holding page to be created ASAP that will refer visitors to my Behance portfolio in the meantime.

WEB PAGE

We have already bought the domain name+ 3 email addresses, and just need help hosting it and connecting the addresses to our devices/inboxes.

Style-wise, I'd like it to be minimal BUT still flow organic. It has to have this arty/gallery feel, but still feel sleek.I have created a visual and exact, detailed explanation of how it all would work that I can supply you with.

We have selected the web font and final images for you, so it just needs to be build.
(It needs to be translatable for mobile as well, but this can be a simpler version)

The copy on the page will be static and only the images in the background will scroll down (infinite, and just loop). The images do not need to be clickable or linked to anything.

If you hover over the static STUDIO Lé title in the middle of the page, a little ABOUT section would come underneath, again, just pure type overlapping the page (so it will just go over any imagery etc)


I like little details, such as the cursor being a little shape it would be great if we can have a little play with this, like having a little peace sign/minimal arrow or something .


TIMINGS:
Ideally, I'd like the page to be up and running by the end of SUNDAY (26th).

SUMMARY:
We need somebody to BUILD the web + mobile page
We need somebody to HOST the page after (and maybe make small adjustments now and then)
We need 3 email addresses to be set up
DEADLINE: Sunday evening
