HTML files converted to WordPress Theme

Hi,
I need html designs converted into a 5 page WordPress theme. Please use Underscores as a starter theme and apply the custom design using the html files I will provide.

A multi-user gallery style website where users can create an account and post images. Html files will be provided for the following pages:
Home Page
User Page
Post Detail Page
Account Page (2)

- Must have a design background, skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are required for design changes and adjustments.

- Must have experience with converting themes from hmtl to WordPress.

- Must have experience with plugin development, to ensure the website is functioning as intended.

- Must have an understanding of UX design, and understand how to create a website that is easy to navigate for a user.
