Google penalty removal

Dear all,
In google search console I receive the below message regarding the manual actions for my site mycattraining.com:
This site may not perform as well in Google results because it appears to be in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

Thin content with little or no added value
This site appears to contain a significant percentage of low-quality or shallow pages which do not provide users with much added value (such as thin affiliate pages, cookie-cutter sites, doorway pages, automatically generated content, or copied content).
I want someone to help me with this issue and remove google threat. Probably this issue is a result of high duplicate percentage according the check I made through copyscape and siteliner. I noticed the penalty when I tried to reconnect my google analytics webmaster. Another issue that I faced before had to do with the verification with Alexa. I could not verify alexa code to all the pages because of thrive content. I am not sure if thrive content is very helpful...
