Google maps API set up

Description of requirements/features: I'm looking for a developer that understands Google Maps API. This will be a very simple, quick job.

I have a Form on my website where I want a user to be able to add in a location where they did an activity.

So what I need is a map that displays a marker on the users current Geolocation. I want there to be a text input field that uses Places Auto-Complete, so a user can search for a different location if the current location is not what they want. When a user searches for this new location I want the old marker to be moved or deleted and replaced with a marker on the new location, so there will be only 1 marker on the map at all times. I then need a way to grab the markers Lat & Lng coordinates and place them within a hidden input field so I can save them to my database when the user submits the form.

I do not need any styling. I simply need a static html page with just the basic map, text input field with auto-complete and hidden input fields containing the coordinates of the marker.

Please give me a quota if you are able to complete this job for me.
