Description of requirements/features: I updated my WP site automatically and got this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_setting() (previously declared in D:\websites\valetersystems\www\wp-includes\option.php:1881) in D:\websites\valetersystems\www\wp-admin\includes\plugin.php on line 1795

Can you fix this.
