Finish and upload a wordpress site I've been trying to put together.

I've recently purchased a WP template and have got so far in putting a little portfolio site together. I'd like your expertise to finish things off and upload so it replaces what i already have up?

Its really, sorting out the contact part, making it cleaner and allowing me just to add new items to the portfolio when i wish?
