English Speaking Developer Required for PSD to WordPress Job

Requiring a talented WordPress developer to build our jewellery website from PSD to WordPress. We need a 100% custom Wordpress theme from scratch with clean code and pixel perfection. You can see it's a unique 3D design and requires a highly skilled developer. The developer should have design initiative and ability to work well with Photoshop. See the brief attached for a more detailed explanation.

Budget is $500 for the full job and we prefer first a test homepage for $100 before starting. Delivery of site should be within 7 - 10 days and developer must be fluent in spoken English.
