Drupal 7.5.4 website

I am looking for an experienced Drupal developer to work on a website that will allow each trucker to have their own secure area to put bids / pay a membership for fee to access jobs that are available around the UK. So the backend will require someone to publish potential jobs which will then get advertised to the truckers with a payment system available.

The truckers will have to register their details. Their will be very minimal information that guest will have access to, possible just the home page.

This would be similar to a jobsite except it is targeting work for truck drivers.
