Design a website for our brand, for 5 core pages and setup pages ready for products

From my side I struggling for time at the moment hence why I am looking for a competent person to design a clean and fresh site that matches our branding. My spec would be:

- Utilise uDesign template and modify fonts/colours/structures to develop a clean, fresh, modern and easy to use website that matches our branding
- Setup the basic revolution slider utilising images provided with relevant links to pages
- Setup high quality core pages (Home, Products, Services, Blog, About Us, Contact)
- Setup example product category page and example product page, ready for content to be modified/added later
- Setup interactions with existing social media (twitter, facebook, g+, linkedin)
- Setup SEO plugins and optimise pages for SEO (e.g. All In One, sitemap etc)
- Setup database backup/restore plugin and spam filter plugin
