Customisation of Wordpress Plugin 'Tickera'

I need a developer who can customise the wordPress plugin 'Tickera'. This plugin generates pdf lottery tickets and sends to the customer. When a payment does not complete for whatever reason, the ticket number that was allocated to that order is lost. We need Tickera customised so it does not allocate a number and send a ticket until the payment is complete. Tickera works in conjunction with WooCommerce.
