Custom social media integration to wordpress site

General information for the website: The website is already done, it uses the u-design theme. I just need custom social media integration so that the feeds show in a way that matches the style of the site.

Description of every page/module: Facebook, Youtube and Instagram (the 3 social media sites have to be confirmed though) integration to a wordpress site using the U-design theme.

The feeds must be designed to match the current look and feel of the site - I have uploaded an attachment for something we saw on another site - its a different style to ours but will give you an idea of what we need.

Needs to be integrated using widget areas for the home page.

We need to allow for some revisions in your proposal.
