we have a secure tutoring platform calledwww.tutorsys.com and we are proposing to use joomla for the cms in order to conform with Internet seo and to make it responsive for all devices.
We already have the cms set up www.joomla.tutorsys.com but we need an expert to convert the PSD files to html and make them seo ready for our launch and to match the designs.
