Build a 3 page enquiry form in Wordress that includes a calculation

Description of every page/module: The current website contains a small form on every page that asks for the users postcode. On submit, the user is taken to a valuation form page with the postcode field pre-populated with their postcode entry. This must remain working as it is.

The current valuation form needs expanding over 3 pages:

- Page 1 of the form already exists. It contain user info (Name, Email and Telephone no), address details and property valuation fields. The user info fields need moving onto page 2 of the form. One of the fields is a "property valuation" field, which will be used in the calculation later. In total, Page 1 of the form will contain 10 fields and a continue button to Page 2.

- Page 2 of the form contains the name, email, telephone (moved from page 1). Total of 3 input fields and a continue button. The users "name" field, and "telephone" field, will be needed on page 3 of the form. A continue button takes the user to Page 3.

- Page 3 of the form is the final "thank you" page. It needs to include 2 calculations, showing 75%, and 85%,of the users valuation input. These 2 figures will be used a twice Page 3, once at the top of the page, and again in the main content "valuation letter", along with the user's name.

Page 3 also requires a "call us back" form which needs to be pre-populated with the users "telephone" input from Page 2.
Description of requirements/features: The website is responsive, so the form will need to be as well.

Each page of the form requires a small breadcrumb feature so the user can go back to previous pages of the form if required.

The form needs to be built on 3 individual WP pages as templates so that I can customise the page designs and layout.

I will provide the current website files and full visuals for all 3 pages.

I use a 3rd party form service for data capture. The form submissions will need to go through that.
