I need some tweaks made to the homepage of my website and I'm wasting too much time trying to do them myself.

These include:
1) Change the hero image to include new tagline, voice description and a brief testimonial (using the templates default so that text is dynamic and not images with text added)
2) Replace current demos, add new ones and make downloadable, OR, add button to download (from dropbox for example)
3) Fix padding to lose huge disparities between sections
4) Improve design of testimonial section - it's ugly.
