Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the website: A new auction House website - We will only be using the site to advertise our company and our current and past sales. We will not use the site to host or run any sales
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Intro….. We are a new online and real time auction company specializing in antique scientific instruments and cameras requiring a new Wordpress site. We will only be using the site to advertise our company and our current and past sales. We will not use the site to host or run any sales. This will be done using an outside company called the-saleroom.com
Requirements…. We need our site to have the following pages
Home page
Next Auction – links to listings on the-saleroom.com and our own catalogue
Highlights Of Next Sale

Terms & Conditions
We want each page to have the same header with menu and the same footer. We will provide links to all social media accounts, Pinterest, Twitter & FB. We will also provide the logo and all images text and branding
Now for the important part….
The company has been set up by people with a love of modern up to date technology and we have a fully equipped modern digital photography studio. We are currently using 360 spin photography along with www.Sirv.com to sell our items on ebay. You can see an example of the spin here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331842996279?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
We want to incorporate this into each page of our online catalogue.
The catalogue.
The catalogue will follow a very standard format in that it will be a long list of items such as:
http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/23525/
However, when you enter the page of an item such as lot 1;
http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/23525/lot/1/
you will have a gallery of images and the first one will be a 360 spin.
This may not be the case for every item so a spin and static template will be required.
Once the sale is finished we need to be able to move the catalogue to ‘Past sales’. This can be just a change of links on the site.
We are quite experienced with setting up this kind of site having 3 up and running already. However we are always happy to put new jobs to tender as new eyes on a project can really help.
