Description of requirements/features: We currently have a number of projects which we need to out source to one or more freelancers. This will be the case on an ongoing basis and we will be happy to work long term with the right providers. The brief we will provide for each project will include the proposed page layout and the relevant content. The content will be in the format of relevant text to include in each of the pages and links to relevant images. If the images are not of high enough quality then it is fine to source similar images of a higher resolution.

There are a number of features which we expect as standard:

1) Social media links (even if these go to blank links)
2) Home page slider with hi-res imagery
3) Footer links to t&c pages which are already hosted
4) Responsive layout & click to call on mobile devices
5) Good use of colours and design layout
6) No template text or Latin left in situ

For turnaround we would expect to see the first complete draft within 7 days of sending the brief. We would then need to show this to the client and come back to the designer with the required amendments.

We know that we will get many proposals for this work and will need to see some specific information to help us choose between them. If you would like to be considered please send links to between 1 & 3 websites you have built which would be to a similar specification.
