Description of every module: The macro is required to insert a first line of text (FLOT) to the body of an email.

This line of text is constructed from options selected from 3 dropdown menus on a toolbar.

Description of requirements/functionality: The options presented to the user in dropdown boxes two and three are dependant upon the selection in the previous box.

The number of options may increase/ decrease, so the system manager needs to be able to include new options by following simple instructions to edit the macro.

Once the FLOT options have been created, the user should press an insert button. Text will be inserted to the First Line of the Email body, with no spaces between the options selected from the dropdown menu.
