REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR PREVIOUS PROPOSALS - THIS PROJECT IS NOW LIVE BUT THE SCOPE HAS ALTERED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROPOSAL. DEADLINES ARE SUPER SHORT. I AM REFLECTING THE URGENCY BY MOVING THE RATE RIGHT UP. DEADLINES MUST BE ACHIEVED. FAILURE TO ACHIEVE DEADLINES MEANS MY CLIENT WILL NOT PAY AND I CANNOT PAY. I WILL REQUIRE THIS TO BE PUT INTO A SUPPLIER CONTRACT THAT WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED.
The project development lifecycle needs to be iterative and needs to work with me to get the output right. I will be beta/acceptance testing. (Please note I am a coder and will be collaborating but do not anticipate having to write code - that's your job). In addition, I will be inviting the client’s employees to test and provide input to me.

Spreadsheet Supply Chain Risk Assessment Tool with all code clearly commented to allow future coders to develop further
Documentation to support the tool - functional documentation / algorithms / code modules and so forth - so that it is easy to create future versions

MUST HAVE: The tool must be excel based. It must work on Excel 2010 forwards on a Windows platform (and it will be tested on older versions).
COULD HAVE
It would be useful if the tool was cross platform and could be run in Excel either an Apple Mac or a PC.
CONTRACTURAL REQUIREMENTS
Payment of the fee will be dependent upon the deliverables and timeline being achieved.
Secure coding practices must be adhered to
The whole project is confidential and must not be disclosed
The intellectual property remains with Cyberwolf Consulting Limited
The developer will be required to sent a legally binding attestation that all code and intellectual property has been deleted from all systems
Please return proposals and an NDA. No NDA - immediately rejected.
