Hi.
This job is first time on premise and future support happy remotely.
We wish to migrate our Dell Sbs2011 to a newer server software and use Office 365 for emails.
We need someone to come to set it up IN-HOUSE in Finchley Central, London N3 for the first day (or weekend day if easier) so you can see and discuss our current setup. Future support can be done remotely.
We currently have a Dell T420, with dual Xeon, 2 X 2TB (with raid 1) server, 32gb, running in-house SBS2011 with in house Exchage 2010.
We also have Microsoft Action Pack so that gives us some licenses. We have around 15-20 active users, and some users have mobile devices too.
The main reason we wish to upgrade is because the server is getting slower and bloated, and slow when using exchange 2010, and we wish to save more space on the server, mainly for our file management, and active directory etc.
We don't use any SQL databases or Azire or sharepoint (at least not that we know of) but do need to keep proper remote access for users, different types of users with access to some folders on the server, shared directories etc, and also keep the server working properly in charge of doing client computer updates. Thats why after migration to 365, we should upgrade our server to Server2016 instead of SBS2011 as we wont need Exchange and with Action Pack we get the free server license.
I would like someone with EXCELLENT windows server knowledge to come in to our office and help set this all up for us. Probably need a full day. Maybe even on a Sunday or Saturday so less disruption.
Let me know if you can help, the daily or one off charge.
P.S this may be done in 2 phases. Upgrade to Office 365 and disable Exchange in house. Then when all works, Upgraded SBS2011 to Server2016 (which ever version is most suitable as we have a license for any of them).
Thanks.

hi can you confirm if you need to preserve your Active Directory setup and will you be moving to new hardware or utilising cloud servers ?
