We a travel company and now is using helpdesk system to support for all company's client. After one year launching, I recognized that it need to plus some suitable modules with our working effectively.

This is extra features:
+Convert the enquiry to make a ticket ID from manual submission or e-mail form
+ The admin assign this parent ticket to user staff.
The admin , user staff and client can see this parent ticket
+ The admin or user staff can create much child ticket they want and assign individual child ticket to an user suppliers or more user suppliers
+ The user suppliers can work on the assigned ticket
The user supplier can not view other child ticket or parent ticket
The clients can not view child ticket
+ Notes or reminder for each month
+ Confirmed status
