Description
Description of requirements/functionality: We are market research company and we conduct email surveys on behalf of our clients. Recently we have become concerned that a number of our emails are being identified as spam or junk by the recipients. We are not sure that we are using the best technical setting, so we would like some brief advice. Things like the correct domain name entries.
I am guessing this is quite a simple job for someone who knows, but please correct me if I am wrong.
Specific technologies required: PHP domain name entries
Extra notes: Our survey system is based on PHP, and is hosted on the same server as our website. However, we use Office 365 which handles the domain settings & email.

Hi Stephen,
Are you linking parts of the content to your clients websites? I think you will find now that gmail and other email providers are working now to stop these types of emails, regardless of how you design your email setup.
In a very few months you will find that the only emails that are not being sent to spam folders, are private emails and emails from websites that send to their subscribers.
They are wanting to do the marketing side themselves by forcing people to use their services for marketing. I have had some success in stopping emails being sent to spam, but it only lasts for so long then it goes back to spam mail.
You are fighting against the big guns and you would be better trying to get as many subscribers to your website as possible or all your mail will go to spam even if you follow every rule.
