General information for the business: Web Hosting
Description of requirements/functionality: I host about 50 websites on cPanel with a server at SoYouStart. The server rebooted after adding a IP address and never came back up.
According to SoYouStart the issue lies with
"Diagnosis interface boot (rescue)
Date 2017-04-03 15:39:44, mostefa B made Diagnosis interface boot (rescue):
Here are the details of the operation performed:
The server gets stuck during the boot phase, with the message:
(starting smart job ... 41m17s)
A restart on the standard OVH kernel ('netboot') does not correct the
situation."
However cPanel thinks it's a Hardware fault.
I need someone to find out what's wrong, and help fix it.
