We would like a python (v3) script which takes an Excel spreadsheet as input then filters each row and print the output to stdout. The row is included if the 'Platform expire date' OR 'User due' columns are within dates listed on the command line arguments.

The python script should have options:
$ python3 --from 2018-08-01 --to 2018-09-01 example-file.xlxs

Please see example spreadsheet attached.

Output fields are the values in columns for each filtered row:
User name
Platform expire date OR User due (which ever matched the range)

Using example spreadsheet, expected output:
user1, mars, B Mars, 2018-08-18

We suggest python package 'openpyxl' but will take your advice on this. All dependecies need to be installed via 'pip' in a python3 virtual environment. To be run in a terminal on Linux/MacOS.
