Description
Experience Level: Expert
Programme Overview
The software will integrate with Amazon, eBay and Shopify to automatically print a pre-selected delivery service that would be triggered and define this service by grabbing their custom SKU.
This delivery service would utilize multiple couriers such as Royal Mail and once the label is printed it would define the product SKU on the label for product picking.
Once the label has been printed this will automatically mark the item is dispatched on the selected platform and update a tracking number if there is one available.
Programme Features
Merchants create their account.
Merchants link their eBay / Amazon / Shopify directly to the platform.
The software flags certain SKUs and automatically prints prepaid shipping labels.
Merchants must have the ability to view all sent items and tracking numbers.
Merchants must have the ability to input stock levels that communicate with all platforms and adjust stock correctly so if the item runs out of stock, the stock levels would reach “0” on all platforms making them unpurchasable.
Merchants upload their billing information and can view outstanding invoices / make payments.
Labels printed must be on an A4 sheet with an invoice embedded that is automatically generated by grabbing the sale price, the item name and company details from one of the above platforms.
The A4 label with the invoice would include the shipping label
The Label would look something like the below attached files.
The merchant would have the ability to adjust the billing information that is printed by adding their own logo and custom text that would follow a template style.
The programme would have to communicate and plug into Royal Mail by utilising their API developer Portal: https://developer.royalmail.net/
The software would send an email push notification to the vendor if there are any items with errors on the shipping label preventing the ticket from printing.
