Description of requirements/functionality: Issue:
Not able to Click onto a Category and have the Articles show up. This needs to be done on the backend of Salesforce
Navigate and link Articles in Salesforce to the 3 components “Schools”, “Students”, “Parents” on https://showmyhomework.secure.force.com/help/ to drill into the correct Data Categories
Current Help Center/ PKB is hosted on “Desk.com”

There is also ability to “Search” across all Articles.
When you click on a Category, it lists the Sub-Categories and a preview of each of a few articles available in each.
(If possible, we want all the articles in the sub category to be visible in columns, ideally 5 article lines per column)
We want this replicated on the “New” PKB site

Finally, our Web developer will skin it to look like the “New” PKB Site theme etc. So you may need to work with him to get this aligned.
We have not imported Articles yet, this will be the next step
