We are an education software company looking for computer technician, who is an expert in networks and installation and can help a client if required to install our software onto a network if required and help solve any issues.
The role involves:
- working remotely from an office or at home, and will be available Monday-Friday.
- Receiving an email or form from a client. You will contact them back directly with an email and/or phone call to solve a technical issue as soon as possible.
- Be able to login with remote support if necessary
- have the necessary expert knowledge of computers and especially networks for Windows to solve permission issues, installation errors, etc.
Candidate will be paid per job. Work will start with a few jobs per week with potential for more.
