Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: www.quitsmoking-now.co.uk
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Num. of modules: 12-15
Description of requirements/functionality: sign in page- validated by a code they receive when they pay (payment processing)
a course consisting of 12-15 modules
each module will be a source of information delivered by a series of illustrations interactions and text (the text will have the clients name inserted into certain fields as to read personal to them and the software will know what text to call on depending on if the client is male or female.
It will only pass through to the next module if the correct statements or suggestions qualify by clicking the mouse.
This will allow us to gauge wether the client has grasped the point we are trying to make.
once the client has finished the first half of the course, they will then be required to choose from a calendar when to sign back in, and it will need to remember some of the information statement that they clicked/selected, so as when they sign back in they are still having a personal experience online.
Extra notes: I have a course I would like to make interactive through illustrations and interactions. It will involve keeping people in a loop until they have been validated to pass on to the next stage based on their responses to suggestions and questions. It will need calendar scheduling as they will be required to sign back in at a certain time to complete their cousre, it will be necessary to monitor when they sign back in exactly as to ensure a money back guarantee. I have already made the website but need to now develop the software.
