This is a project taking place in the United Kingdom which requires the buidling of a classifier to examine video data and use computer vision to detect occurences of vehicle based littering. The computer vision model developed should accurately distinguish moving vehicles which are committing littering offences from those that are not along any given route. The project will be split into two distinct phases. The first will be a proof of concept using annotated staged data. The second phase will be the development of a more generalised model trained on much more representative and varied data captured from litter hotspots 'in the wild.'
