Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for a full time technical support person who can take phone calls from existing and potential clients as well as answer support tickets.
Although full training will be provided, we are looking for someone with great computer skills and some good knowledge of:
CMS Use (Content Management System)
HTML/CSS
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

Customer Service Skills

Most of the things that will be required for this position will be taught by us as we have a custom CMS that you will need to learn and understand in order to answer client tickets.
There will be around 10 - 15 telephone calls incoming per day, some will be for support and other will need transferring to the appropriate department.
This is a long term position for a 10 year old UK Ltd company and the hours of work would be from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
We would need to be in communication by skype and telephone as you would be working remotely from your home or office.
