We are a website development company based in central London looking for a front line customer support person, based in our office. The role is part IT support and part client liaision and involves answering the phone for client-related issues, helping with technical queries and liaising with developers/techies to resolve issues and then going back to clients with the solutions. The role also invloves meeting clients with the sales manager/director and working with the team to develop and deliver web-based solutions. Skills in the following would be advantageous: Adobe CS5, Joomla, Drupal, CRM-Systems, CSS. Excellent communication skills essential.
