Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: We have a google spreadsheet which we use for opportunity/case management, which we are looking for some API development to be carried out within.
Description of requirements/functionality: We have a "master spreadsheet" in which each column relates to an individual case. Each individual case then has it's own tab, to which we add notes and the dates when progress or developments are made.

At present, we manually create a new tab for each new opportunity. We then add a "named range" to the master spreadsheet to bring through the date that the last update was made.

Ideally, we would like to create a button to create a new tab as a new opportunity is added to the master spreadsheet in order to reduce the time

Furthermore, when we have created the tab for the individual case, we post a web link to the individual tab, which is used to open the individual case tab. Ideally, we would like this to be changed to some sort of "button" to make use of the spreadsheet more effective on mobile devices.

Longer-term, we would like this to be automated from web-enquiries, i.e. as a web enquiry is received, then a new opportunity case is added.
