Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Site development and CRM integration
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: The main scope of this project falls into two categories
2 websites ( one for the sports complex and one for the arts and craft centre ) I've put across that we should use wordpress for it's ease of use and because the websites will be pretty simple like 7/10 pages. The only aspect of the sites that requires some functionality is a way of the client being able to go into the backend and book out days on a calendar style plugin - Almost like this one - As you can see from the below link the user can ask for a booking and the client can then add this in the backend ( This would not be a booking system - But rather a user being able to contact staff to say they want to book a day and the staff manually update the calendar in the backend )

I would need a quote for this development and not the design at this stage. I would be looking at prices for bespoke build in wordpress rather than templates.
2nd part of the project is the CRM
Having talked the client the main aspect of this is to gather information from the site ( integrated ) For example if the user adds, contact information such as : Name, Number, Email , etc... this is saved and automatically updated onto their crm and saved so they can search names etc... At the moment they only have paper based files.
Another small aspect of the CRM would to be for example is the sports complex wanted to filter by people who signed up interested in football or tennis etc... Same would apply for arts and crafts centre, painting etc...
We would need the CRM in both the sports complex and arts and craft centre so there would need to be some way of a privacy guard that means that members that are related to either centres are secure via login.
At this stage they don't want the CRM to do anything more than save contact details for now - They would live to be able to download user lists with contact details via possible CSV or Excel spreadsheets.
The CRM would need to be remote so something like SaaS would be good for this as it will be in two different buildings.
So as you can see the CRM is pretty straight forward also.
So what I'm looking for is a quote for both the website development and the CRM development separately and then of course a grand total.
Looking for realistic quotes please I've had some terrible quotes with money in mind only.
CMS and Admin requirements: Wordpress - CRM integration.
Specific technologies required: Wordpresss, CRM possibly ZOHO something off the shelf.
Extra notes:
