We have a need to automate the process of creating reports from Excel spreadsheets and CSV files. The reports should be created using Word. These reports are already being created manually so we have a template for the report and can define the data collection process. Most of the data points used in the report consist of simple extraction. (eg MIN of column G)
The data used for these reports is generated using macros we have created previously. These macros could do with some work which could possibly be an avenue for future work.
This work package would be broken into two parts. The first being to gather the information necessary to complete the task and generate the requirements. The second then being actually completing the automation task.
