Create a database of ALL electronic devices ever made.
Starting from the most recent to the oldest, this database should be smart and contributable by the community
The community can input entire contacts list/telephone list if 1 of the friends' books a repair or buys accessories the user earns discount that can be stacked in your profile wallet and used for next booking or buying of accesoires. Facebook, Whatssap, telegram, slack, e-mail and other share options.

Include attractive images of each device, each available color, variants, and all technical information of each device, each problem, each solution, each part needed for solution, each tool needed for solution. All these metrics should be attached and available or unavailable per role.

Consume sources like iFixit.com API. - GSMArena.com, and other sources



CRM - USER MANAGEMENT

We should build a CRM system that manages all users according to their role:
1: User
2: Specialist
3: Supplier

Every user has different metrics we track.

My personal CRM-system i use = Teamleader ( https://www.teamleader.eu/ )
Users should be created through the Fullcontact API and added to our central user database.

Communication of users:

1: Consumers can NOT communication before booking with the specialist, just like "booking.com"
(After booking the user can call the technician in case the user does not find the address of the specialist. - Like Uber)

2: Specialists can maintain his/her calendar, and based on this "the consumer" can directly make an appointment in the specialist agenda and the consumer/Specialist receives an iCal in his own calendar + push notification / SMS. (Like Airbnb) Specialist can communicate with the consumer when he has to perform a repain on location.

3: Suppliers and specialist can communicate with each other in a chat / messaging interface with picture and video-sharing feature.

3a: Users can sell used/new accessories in this marketplace and can freely communicate with other users.
3b Users can communicate with specialist during the warranty fase regarding their previously repaird device by claiming a warranty file.

All users should be able to Register & Login
Have a user-friendly profile, with a reputation (rating).
Edit, history, warranty - dashboard.

Specialists have a profile with
1: Working hours
2: Badges
3: Repair counter
4: Working on location - Set radius around your home - work -
5: We generate an overall score of each specialist in his region, average price, based on various sources of tracked data.


DATA ANALYZE
