Campaign Monitor form Integration required today

Hello we require a developer to integrate an existing form on a clients site with our Campaign Monitor database.

Currently once the form is completed it is sent via PHP to two email address (the clients and the customer). Instead we still want the confirmation email to go the customer but the email to the client we need it to go into the Campaign Monitor database.

The form is in two steps with javascipt showing a second part of the form depending on whether they click one tickbox in the form. However it is all sent in one go at the end.

In your bid please let me know what your solution would be to this problem.

We will provide campaign monitor logins, FTP access etc to the successful bidder.

Also please bare in mind this work needs to completed by 4pm GMT today.

We are willing to pay today once the job is done and we need to be able to speak with successful bidder by telephone.
