We are a UK-based estate agency seeking an experienced developer to facilitate seamless integration between two Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems we use: Close and Reapit. Our sales team utilizes Close CRM at the top of our sales funnel, while our fulfilment team employs Reapit for post-sale customer management and service fulfilment. The primary goal of this integration is to automate data flow between the two systems, ensuring data consistency and streamlining our sales and fulfilment processes. Status Updates: Update the status of opportunities in Close in accordance with the property status changes in Reapit (e.g., from 'For Sale' to 'Sold Subject to Contract'). Automated Contact Synchronization: Sync new contacts between CRMs to ensure both systems have up-to-date customer information. Task and Activity Tracking: If a task or activity is marked as completed in one CRM, reflect this in the corresponding task or activity in the other CRM. Reporting and Alerts: Generate alerts for significant events or milestones reached in either CRM to ensure all team members are informed in real time. ood Morning I urgently need live help with understanding and working with sharepoint, Azure AD, Teams. We have moved our server into a site on Sharepoint and trying to share and use access rights to link with teams and sharepoint and one drive, but i have used access rights to allow a folder to be seen by a group and its just not appearing any where on the user im using. i have one site and then all folders in the site with a few documents at top level, i have given full access to everyone for 2 folders, i have then linked sharepoint of the site to Teams, however nothing is showing in teams. and if you open in new window it opens the whole server but i have added access rights. we also have setup teams to do this but both ways are not working. has to be live help now with an expert. RECENT UPDATE, I HAVE NOW WORKED OUT HOW TO REMOVE PARENT PERMISSION AND INHERENT AND HAVE REMOVED ALL ACCESS OTHER THAN OWNERS I CAN NOW ADD PER USER, NOT GROUP. NOT SURE IF POSSIBLE BUT USER BUT THE TAB FOR SHAREPOINT IS NOT LOADING IN TEAMS WITH THE DATA, BUT IF YOU RIGHT CLICK AND OPEN IN NEW WINDOW, IT OPENS SHAREPOINT AND DATA IS CORRECT THERE, ANY IDEAS?
