Hello - An old client has asked me if I could provide him CRM solution, relatively inexpensive that will be able to grow with the business in the future.
They have been using a demo version of Dynamics 365 but have the following requirements:
How many users of the platform would you need currently?
About 7 Now, 3 Sales – 1 Finance – 1 Admin – 2 operational
Within the next Month it will likely look like this - 12 Sales – 2 Finance – 2 Admin – 2 operational – 4 support
What are you using currently?
We are effectively a new start up so starting with a blank piece of paper
In an ideal world we are looking to get a small, and very simple set up.
1. Sales - CRM
a. Simple CRM basic tools to manage customers / pipeline
b. Our new sales director will then want an input into this as well of anything specific.
2. Sharepoint –
a. Need a simple set of shared drives set up
3. Finance
a. Our Finance guy is semi familiar with MS finance tools, but we may need a little help / guidance
4. Operational
a. Needs to have MS project
b. Needs to have MS Visio
5. Other
a. Licensing – keep to minimum
b. Skype for Business
c. Need to allow downloads of MS office
6. Support
a. Need to be able to ticket against customers in CRM live or not
Please let me know your initial thoughts! It should be cloud based and a subscription model could work also!
