Hi
I am looking to setup a CRM database for a telesales operation. I attach the PDF of the phone system we are using so please see list of compatible CRM's.
We need to choose a CRM.
The CRM is going to monitor all the activities of the telesales centre. The sector is utility renewals. It should have a number of features:
1. Lead Generation dept-
- enter raw data
- track progress as lead warms up including alerts when to call back (as renewal times come up)
- once heated enough should go to the sales dept
2. Sales Dept
- review and attempt to close lead generation hot keys
3. Processed sales
- accounting including knowing which lead gen and sales team member are to be associated with sale for commission purposes
-renewal dates
4. Management
- invoicing
-call time review
5. Docusign contracts
As can be seen there are a number of items which we need to take into account.
I am looking for someone who has worked on similar items before who is able to take a team meeting to discuss each of the areas and then build up a wireframe before building. There are so many areas to think about and will come out of the meeting so someone with experience to delve and ask the right questions is needed.
We need to be live by 3rd January.
