I currently have a simple online database that allows users to enter about 5 - 10 fields regarding time spent on projects. I have been considering starting to use Zoho to gather the data and need someone to investigate the possibility and create a simple mockup that will take the data for each person and on a weekly/monthly basis generate a document from the data to ressemble a timesheet. The document may need to be customised to meet a clients needs but will need to be automatically produced and then passed using an API to another application for distribution. Currently I manually export data from the database and then cut and paste the data into an Excel template and then manually upload the excel doc to the distribution app. In simple terms I just want to automate this process. If you are interested and have Zoho, Excel and web programming skills to program the API then get in touch. I would prefer a fixed price estimate which we could finalise rather than a per hour job but am happy to discuss. I am looking for an extremely reliable solution but am happy for some manual intervention if necessary. If you have a process or solution in mind then I am open to ideas but I am not looking to have to manage a complicated technical product at the end of it all.
