I am looking for a Web portal to give my customers access to a service support help desk with a ticketing system.
Currently run ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version, Hotfix 3 - this is hosted for me to access remotely - I would like service tickets and support emails and correspondence to be integrated into ACT

i am not sure if this is a case of integrating two existing products? or is new product is needed.
obviously looking to this as cost effectively as possible?
we do audio visual equipment in hotels and restaurants and get a wide range of problems but need to monitor them and soem customers now want SLA\'s
