I've seen your description of the requirements but I have more questions.
How do you choose which suppliers to submit for the quote?
How do you flag the selection is it a start date?, and how do you flag the end for the 2%?
Do you need to put in a money amount so the sheet can calculate the amounts due at start and end percentages?
Do you have to put a due date in so you know when the en percent is due?
What about when the client/supplier has paid? are they paid through yourselves? -
Hi Paul,
Just a thought - you might be better off offering this project on a fixed price basis as you will be able to compare prices better and ultimately know what the final cost will be. Hourly jobs can overrun...

DharmeshPaul W.10 Aug 2018We like to process leads into opportunity’s to jobs and invoice with various triggers to chase leads jobs and payments.. the business runs like a broker where we get 3% if any of quotations we receive turn into jobs . So we give our clients 3 quotes . From our selected suppliers if one converts we take 1% at the start and 2% at the end . The sheet needs to manage this. Quite simple but a little bit of work involved
