Hi there,

I'd like to create a Microsoft Access database for my small business. The aim is to be able to use the database to create MailMerge templates in Word. I would also love it if I could create custom reports within Access, for example a "Phone Book" if I needed.

I currently have all data organised in three tables in three Excel spreadsheets. The data is formatted correctly and there are no duplicates or inconsistencies. The tables are:
1. Individuals (232 records, approx. 35 fields)
2. Organisations (195 records, approx. 35 fields)
3. Relationships (matching an Individual to an Organisation)

In Access, I am not convinced that the Relationships table is necessary but at the moment this is the only way that I can pull in the relevant Individual's contact details for a MailMerge letter to an Organisation (as I need details from both the Individual and the Organisation tables).

Could you please let me know if this project is something that you can help with? I would be happy to send you the data and run through it briefly over the phone to explain further. This job can probably be completed within a day for a competent programmer, so ideally let's target a completion date of 23 February 2018.
