Description
Experience Level: Expert
Need a access database to be used with barcodes.
Login front page with scan of operator barcode.( This automatically time & date stamps.) To include company logo & PAT Testing title.
Next screen/page would ask for: Area barcode to be scanned.Equipment/item barcode to be scanned. Pass/Fail barcode to be scanned & PAT test record # to be entered.
The excel background would take scanned information & input it. I would like it so like each area is a tab along bottom & also have a function of counting items scanned in each area (so each time we know how many items have been scanned, so nothing gets missed each testing period.) Also would like to be able to generate a report of items due testing ( will need to flag to retest at least 3 weeks before due)
Would like to be able to export or save records of items scanned in folder on our server.
