We want to develop an app which integrates with many of our existing softwares cross platform/centralised app , similar to unica app/near me/shiksha mainly for education/students wishing to go abroad

Cross platform compatibility, Centralized Online database concept, which must be compatible for Web, Android, iPhone (can make available at all App stores to download) and every future updates to be implemented into the single centralized framework one time (Java/PHP).
