Description
Experience Level: Expert
The aim of the study is to investigate the performance of a network looking at WAN technologies, with differing traffic loads. the following will be achieved
1. Further Understanding of network technology and familarising the simulation tool- Opnet.
2. Design and simulation using opnet of a network
a) Design LAN with more than 5 users sharing and running different application such as email, ftp download, printer, database query.
b) Design WAN using 56 kbps lines, an IP cloud will be use as a WAN which will be connected to 4 different subnets.
=> To make the project intresting the 56kbps lines will be replace by DS1 and DS3 lines for a network connectivity.
3. list out the results of above scenarios and Compare the results with giving the intresting findings
plus i want a minimum of 80 pages of report with the reference.
