We will provide a server and the wtilio account id we need some one to build a ivr phone system to play an intro message then que calls once a line is free pass over to free agent.
we must be able to admin the system our self after complete.
i will need the following
to handle call cueing
to play hold music which we have
to play intro message which we have in a recorded format mp3 or wav. we can provide script
to allow calls to be forwarded after a certain time and on certain dates
to allow to forward a call from the interface and hold calls to be put back in to hold music
to allow conference room/extension
as well as an admin for the ivr we will need an agent interface ie to see how many calls are qued and to accept calls and make calls using pc via a web app.
must have a strong login area so no one can gain access without credentials
when the caller rings there will be an option to request a call back the alert must show up in the agent's control panel.
