Hello, I have a new project that needs doing, it is basically a web based form that saves to a standalone program and exports and imports data from two third party programs. I have included the link to the developer information for Intelliflo as that is the company which is less well known.

What I am looking for:

12 page form, already designed and pictures of each page with details of what needs to be put on each page will be given when awarded contract.
Form to be used to get client data securely (with new gdpr rules) and every year to review the client data to make sure that the client data is accurate and correct.
Differences in the form for new users and existing users - different order of sections and different questions on entry

Form to be accessed through a link that my sales people will provide to the client,
Entry into form for existing : -
1. Two stage verification on entry into system for each person, - asks for email address and salesperson name on primary entry
a. For new users, email verification
b. For existing users, phone sms verification
c. Email sent to sales person when client accesses form (must be the correct sales person)

Form to hold client data
a. Produce a PDF for each years snapshop
b. Saves that pdf (maybe in Microsoft dynamic/salesforce) Input from developer would be good
i. Would prefer that only that salesperson can see their own clients so Microsoft dynamic might be better
ii. I would like it in an outlook type layout for the salesperson to see it
1. Client name - expands
2. Then can see each clients years
3. Can modify current year data (The salesperson will need access to be able to change data within each of the clients forms)

API Intelliflo
Within the salesperson view, I would like to have a button to export the details of new clients or existing to Intelligent office
The API is pretty comprehensive, the data will need to be saved in certain locations.
For existing clients, some of the data such as valuations or market values will need to be updated to the form from Intelligent office. The same should be done via a button and not automatically
Some sort of verification should be used before overwriting data, showing the salesperson which data will be overwritten.

Salesforce API
We have a team working on our salesforce part of a process so just a provision for a connected app is needed. They should be able to link to the form, just something to be aware of for future compatibility.
