Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
**** Deadline is for Monday, the 30th ***
Basically, an evaluation page comprising:
• a brief summary at the top:
Software Name: {dropdown list populated from softwareprofile table}
Evaluator: {a text field}
Overall Rating (%): {uneditable textfield that stores result}
Description: {a text displayed from a column in table 'UsabilityBaseline'}
• Then below a form to enable users rate (e.g. Not applicable, poor, fair, etc - these are assigned weightings) a particular criterion.
The form displays the following columns:
• Category/Subcategory, Description, Rating
where:
• Category is a top-level item retrieved from the database (eg: Content | test description. No rating dropdown list for Category’)
• Subcategory is associated with a Category (eg: Quality | some description. | Not applicable, poor, fair, food, excellent)
Note that ratings that are present in the same dropdown list form a Rating Group. (eg. Not applicable, poor, fair, good, excellent: is associated with a Rating group)
Others:
• Comments textfield
• Cancel, Preview and Submit buttons
• The results are calculated and a Result page displays result in the Overall Rating’ textfield
• A means to enable the user download the file
• A means to enable the user view a graphical representation of the result
Please ask for more details.
Relevant database tables have been created and the application is fairly running. Just requires work on the 'Evaluation' page aspect.
