I want a program lie SUMOsp or MAPRes made as an .exe. these programs can be downloaded after being searched on google. They are tools made in bioinformatics.
I have developed prediction models using WEKA interface. These models are for the prediction of two post-translational modifications that occur on proteins i.e. modifications occurring on proteins once they are translated/formed from corresponding RNA and DNA. You know proteins are in the form of long strings of amino acids that are modified by the attachment of some other entity. In my case there is only one type of amino acid which undergoes the modification which is LYSINE. Now there are many lysine residues in a given protein but not all lysines undergo sumoylation. there are certain stearic and electrostatic factors acting in the residues around it.
I have hence, taken into account strings of amino acids called peptides ten residues upstream and downstream the target lysines. I have a large data in the form of peptides and there is corresponding numerical data for amino acid proertes. all this data was converted to CSV and then to ARFF format. afterwards it was run on data-mining program WEKA that gave me prodiction model. I have models for cross validation and probbalities etc etc with that. Another of the same sort with WEKA also had a resultant p[rogram that was written in C++ language. I have no idea what a langugae is. and how proghrams are written. I want bidders to first see the two program mentioned at the start and then tell me if they can give me somethign of the sort. I can procide a person with all the data and and the model if they think thye can do the job.
Moreover, I am a student myself and was provided no fundng for this project. I can not pay more than 60$ for the project. Considering I have no idea how much programmers actually take. But his is flexible of course.
