I have various SIP lines and need to integrate them in Salesforce CTI. I need this integration to be able to exchange information with salesforce database as:

- Keep a log of calls for every account, contact, candidate
- Open a note/task/event with every in or out call in order to keep track
- Save phonecalls on accounts, contacts, candidates, etc
